what is the situation of nigerian educational system

u see what gets me annoied with the nigerian educational system is the fact that whan you get into the university envirioment,you will see long bearded profs thinking that they have arrioved but you get so batted to see them so broke like church rat.those who have cars no longer have money to fuel their cars but rather use their cars for town service.What am i trying to say,it pays them to when schools are on section.they should call off this stingy strick of theirs so that students can make good use of their time.
