Dear friend, if you contact your friend, tell him to advice a lawyer. Better his wife must advice a lawyer, because nigerian embassy staff is trash everywhere. Whoever, publish personal photos on Internet without the permission of the author, should be punished. Check who of your "friends" has publish that photo, and then check how the site provider posts the photo on Internet. Publishing private moments, documents, without permission is a crime.
