MISS EARTH NIGERIA 2011 Miss Earth - Nigeria is affiliated to the international Miss Earth - World pageant, the Nigeria competition is now in its Tenth successful year. AMC Productions, with the franchise to host the Miss Earth Nigeria has been involved in the Miss Earth International for the past 10years .The company has taken Nigeria models to participate in the pageant. We would also have road shows to educate people on the three R's, Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Apart from the queen, the 1st, 2nd and third runners-up will represent this country in other three international pageants namely: Miss Earth World 2012 in Philippines Miss International 2012 in Japan Miss Globe 2012 in Italy The Miss Earth Nigeria, with the theme; BEAUTIES FOR A CAUSE", is a pageant that has the environment at heart. The queen has a duty to protect mother earth from being abused. She is expected to work in collaboration with environmentalist and state parastatals on how to make our water safe, check erosion, pollution etc, which means that from the day she is crowed she already knows what her duties are as queen.
