POlltics and the Economy

Nigerians least expect the action of the former vice president of the country by sacking indigenous professors and replacing them with expatriates. During his political campaign of the just concluded general election, Atiku promised to reduce unemployment rates, but he is now compounding the suffering of the people in the country. habaa! what should have made him to consider the option of replacing them with their foreign counterparts even when we have others renowned professors in the country? i'm sure he never had any idea about the implication of his action. I do love Atiku with passion b4 now coz of his determination but this act of his has change my love for him. I assure him that he will NEVER win any electoral position in the country again in order to forestall him from sacking us (Nigerians) and bring foreigners as his subjects.
i, therefore, use this forum to educate us (employers) on the need to value, manage and even add value to (through training) whatever resources we have. Replacing ur indigenous resources (esp. labour) with foreigners to repatriate income abroad is capable of not only compounding the poverty of the people but could also lead to political, economic instability in the nation at large. Note that "when the desirable is not available, the available becomes desirable"
